ELOY, AZ — Pinal County has declared a State of Emergency Tuesday evening as thousands of residents in and around Eloy remain without power from monsoon storms Sunday night.

Declaring a State of Emergency is a procedure that allows the County and the City to access additional resources and support from the State of Arizona. The City of Eloy had declared a State of Emergency Monday. Crew shift changes. We will keep working until every last customer is restored.
