The eVX concept is Suzuki's 4x4 electric SUV
Suzuki Philippines turned the World Trade Center into ‘Future City’ at the 2024 Philippine International Motor Show . At the peak of the presentation was the Suzuki eVX, a concept EV defined by its futuristic design.
Sharing the stage with the eVX was the Malaysia-exclusive Jimny Rhino, the S-Presso, and Suzuki's seven-seater duo, the XL7 Hybrid Black Upgrade and Ertiga Hybrid.PIMS 2024: Toyota gives us a quick look at the new CamryFocusing on the star of the show, the eVX is the reason why Suzuki named its booth ‘Future City.’ Standing tall in gray, the intimidating SUV looks like a Suzuki car from a distant, industrial future.
Getting closer, the eVX is smaller and more approachable than first impressions would suggest. To put it concretely, the car measures in at 4,300mm long, 1,800mm wide, and 1,600mm tall—just about the average size of a compact SUV or crossover. The eVX should last approximately 550km in driving range in full 4x4 fun. Suzuki is floating around with the possibility of a 2025 release for this concept, but an exact date and price have yet to be finalized.
The other Suzuki residents of Future City were presented with new looks and accessories. The three-door and five-door Jimny Rhino editions were dressed in decals. The dynamic Hybrid duo of the XL7 and Ertiga featured new grille designs and couple of protective accessories. And the adorable S-Presso sported an ‘Expedition Kit’ that earned it some rugged style points.
