The single-engine Robinson R22 chopper crashed into the water after leaving the Princeton Airport around 3:25 p.m., according to local police and the Federal Aviation Administration,“The pilot suffered massive injuries and live-saving efforts were not possible,” Ryan Jim Ryan, deputy chief with the South Brunswick Police Department, told reporters on Thursday evening at a press conference near the crash site, NJ.com reported.A helicopter crashed in South Brunswick, New Jersey Thursday afternoon.
