PIERS MORGAN was forced to apologise for former Prime Minister Tony Blair on today's edition of Good Morning Britain as a delayed feedback meant the host was interrupting his guest in the midst of their interview.
After asking about military intervention, Morgan wanted to understand how Blair dealt with the Foot and Mouth outbreak in 2001.
