Piers Morgan blasts 'weak' Arsenal as Chelsea beat Gunners to Mykhailo Mudryk signing AFC CFC
Piers Morgan has hit out at Arsenal, the club he supports, brandishing them as ‘weak’ after missing out on top target Mykhailo Mudryk.
After weeks of flirting with the Shakhtar Donetsk winger, Arsenal were pipped to the line by Chelsea, who agreed a deal with the Ukrainian side on Saturday.Die-hard Arsenal fan Morgan hit out at his club’s handling of the Mudryk deal Chelsea then announced the signing of Mudryk on an eight-and-a-half year deal on Sunday, unveiling the player at Stamford Bridge during their Premier League clash at Crystal Palace.
Reacting to the news of Chelsea getting Mudryk, Morgan expressed his annoyance at the Gunners’ failure to tie up a deal themselves.want to win the League this season, we can’t faff around for weeks on key targets and then get outflanked/outbid at the last minute. Looks weak.
