James Witham, 41, has admitted kicking in the door of Ashley's home and opening fire with a sub-machine gun, but claims he did not know she was there.
Pictures of a woman smiling and posing with the man who shot and killed her have been shown in court. Six men are currently on trial in connection with the death of Ashley Dale at Liverpool Crown Court.
A neighbour found Ashley with "catastrophic" injuries in her back yard after hearing her groaning, the court heard. In one picture, Ashley and Harrison are standing in front of Witham, who is grinning at the camera while making a V-shaped 'peace sign' with his fingers. In other snaps, Harrison posed with Zeisz and Barry in what appeared to be a nightclub.
