Matt Gray | For NJ.comA 48-year-old Vineland man was driving a van north on Wade Boulevard in Millville around 5 a.m. on Jan. 13 when he noticed a pickup truck parked on the shoulder facing north, he told Millville police.
The driver of the pickup, John Cook III, 66, of Millville, suddenly began to make a U-turn in front of the van, police said, and the van hit the driver’s side of the pickup. Cook complained of pain and suffered a cut to his right eyebrow, according to police.
