JOHANNESBURG - PIC Communications Manager Nomzamo Petje testified to what she calls a culture of intimidation at the asset manager.Ex-PIC employees debarred from financial sectorShe says soon after Dan Matjia was appointed CEO, he embarked on a restructuring process and she was unfairly demoted."As many witnesses have already testified at the commission, the culture at the PIC is one of intimidation and victimisation.
"Employees have no option but to comply.... I have been a victim of unlawful treatment by those in power."
