The Philippine Information Agency (PIA) conducted the first leg of the 2023 Pre-SONA (State of the Nation Address) caravan of President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. in Las Piñas City on Wednesday, May 10. ManilaBulletin
PIA’s pre-SONA caravan “Nagkaka 1sang Bumangon: The 2023 Pre-SONA Caravan” held at the Verdant Covered Court in Barangay Pamplona, was attended by Vice Mayor April Aguilar, City Administrator Reynadlo Balagulan, Public Information Office Chief Paul San Miguel and other city hall officials.
According to the Las Piñas PIO, various booths were set up by different government agencies like the Department of Health , National Capital Region Police Office , Philippine Health Insurance Corporation , Commission on Population and Development , and the Philippine Cancer Society during the activity.
The DOH's booth provided free medical check-ups and consultations, as well as vaccinations to children aged zero to 59 months old against polio, measles, and rubella.
