Dallas police have released photos of two suspects in the fatal shooting of a uniformed armored car guard during an attempted robbery in Dallas Friday morning.

One of the guards, 52-year-old David Ruback, went to the back door of the store, where he was met by an armed suspect, who shot him. "I called his cell phone, it rang a little bit, and then I think it was his boss who answered his cell phone and offered their condolences to me and I was just like numb," she said. Ball said he took his job seriously, but when he wasn’t in uniform, it was all about cracking jokes.
She said Ruback had plans to retire in a couple years and the couple had plans for a future together.
