On Saturday, March 28, protestors gathered at San Antonio's Travis Park for a third time, as part of the nationally-organized No Kings Rally protests, demanding for change on a variety of issues, including ongoing immigration enforcement, and the ongoing military operations on Iran, as well as several other ongoing disagreements with the Trump administration.

SAN ANTONIO - Demonstrators took to the streets across the U.S. on Saturday as part of the "No Kings" protest movement.“We are in such big trouble right now,” said protester Soa Macias. Many of the people we spoke with shared concerns about former President Donald Trump and his policies.San Antonio was just one of thousands of cities participating. In Austin, large crowds also gathered outside City Hall, with demonstrators holding signs and chanting. Protesters’ messages covered a wide range of issues, including reproductive rights, immigration policy, and recent military action in Iran. “My husband was an Iraq vet. He served in Afghanistan. He was a doctor. He wrote a book about all the atrocities he saw, and now we're going into another never-ending war with Iran,” said protestor Billy Dupuy.JOIN THE CONVERSATION As of yet, we haven't heard any mention of the protest on social media from Texas Republicans like Abbott, Cruz or Cornyn on social media.
