Some cellphone users didn’t delete the TikTok app from their devices during its short ban in the U.S. However, others who either deleted or never downloaded the app can’t access it because it’s still not available in the Apple and Google app stores in the U.S. Now, people who still have the TikTok app on their phone are hoping to sell them to capitalize on consumers clamoring to use the popular social media platform. On eBay, sales for phones with the TikTok app range from $510 to $25,000.
Separately, most of the more than 2,000 phones with the TikTok app being auctioned on eBay do not have active bids. And these devices that do have offers are older iPhone models that are selling for between $100 to $200.
