Phoenix police are investigating a rollover crash on New Year's Day that left one person dead and two others injured.
Police say an SUV was heading westbound down Peoria Avenue when it rear-ended a car.A male passenger in the SUV died at the scene. Both drivers were hospitalized with minor injuries. The SUV driver reportedly showed signs of impairment, but police say ultimately that wasn't the case.
