Hundreds of riders took to the roads in Phoenix on Saturday with the goal of raising money and awareness for missing and murdered Indigenous people.
PHOENIX — A Phoenix police officer was stabbed by a suspect in north Phoenix in the early hours of Sunday, the city's police said.responded to the area of 19th Avenue and Bell Road at around 1 a.m. for a call of trespassing. Shortly after officers got there, a police officer was involved in an"altercation," police said. The officer was stabbed at least once.
The officer was taken to the hospital. He has a serious but not life-threatening injury.
