MANILA, Philippines – Phoenix Super LPG recorded its second win of the PBA Governors’ Cup after sending Terrafirma to its third straight loss, 125-100, on Saturday, February 18, at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum.

After scoring a paltry 11 in the Fuel Masters’ last outing against Magnolia, Maxwell was ejected at the 6:32 mark of the third after incurring a flagrant 1 foul on top of a technical that was called earlier in the game. “But what he did in the first half actually was what helped us have that lead, so when we lost him in the third quarter, everybody stepped up.”
