Phillip Schofield, whose reality series Cast Away is currently on Channel 5, has spent his time on the island ruminating about his TV career
Phillip Schofield has threatened to expose his former co-workers after saying he was 'thrown under the bus'. The TV star, who co-presented This Morning alongside Holly Willoughby , is back on the small screen after a lengthy 16-month break following his admission of an 'unwise but not illegal' affair with a young runner who worked on the ITV show.
"And who knows," he reflected, "But if I sit down with a camera and the light's going, who knows what I'll say." Delving deeper in the second instalment of his three-part show, Phil confessed: "I miss parts of being on TV, certainly. I miss most of it, if I'm honest, I miss most of it. But there are bits that I really, really, really don't miss. You learn a lot about people, I don't miss that.
“They’ve taken pretty much everything from me, reputation, dignity, legacy, everything – anyway, I’m not bleating, I’m just getting it off my chest. The reason I am doing that is because I am loving this challenge, I am loving what I am finding out about myself, and loving every day.
