Then, according to the lawsuit, the money in those accounts was used for “traditional investment purposes,” such as stock trading as a means of passive income for Bohm. Bohm’s parents then set up two more LLCs when their son became interested in purchasing real estate in late 2024, allegedly advising him that he “could not take title to the property in his own name,” but did not explain to him why that was the case. He now believes that his parents “overstated certain liabilities in order to misappropriate a portion of monies,” according to the lawsuit.
