"Nandito na yung criteria ng rainfall sa mga reference stations natin and malamang makukuha na ‘yung requirement na ulan. So nakikita natin sa ngayon na ‘yung next week, ito na ‘yung possibleng magdeklara tayo ng rainy season,” said Cayanan.
