The Philippines says it is outrageous that a Chinese vessel abandoned Filipino fishermen on their sinking boat, after having hit it in the disputed South China Sea
A spokesman for the Philippine armed forces said Thursday that the Chinese vessel left the scene immediately after the collision, which occurred Sunday, and offered no help to the Filipinos in danger.
