This follows a visit by PSC deputy chief Marine Brig. Gen. Ronaldo Juan to the Philippine Fleet (PF) headquarters in Subic, Zambales. Juan met with PF commander, represented by PF inspector general Capt.

Joselito de Guzman, and received a briefing on the fleet's ongoing projects, strategic goals, and operational advancements. The focus was on the unit's crucial role in protecting the country's maritime interests and boosting naval capabilities in line with national defense objectives. Juan also inspected the Navy's cutting-edge frigate and flagship BRP Jose Rizal (FF150), the first of its kind and representing the forefront of the Navy's modernization program, equipped with sophisticated systems for surveillance, surface, and anti-air warfare operations. The PF stated that Juan's visit highlighted the significance of inter-agency cooperation and enhancing synergy among key units responsible for national security
