MANILA - The Philippine government will use information and communications technology tools in its fight against hunger after more families reported experiencing it in the first 3 months of the year,
Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles said Sunday.
"ICT tools like these are a helpful resource for policymakers and implementers, which is why we are studying these properly as these can help us perform our duties," Nograles said.
