The Met Office have issued a weather warning for heavy rain in Dundee before Wednesday's clash.
Boss Philippe Clement has moved to shut out the noise around Rangers' clash with Dundee amid escalating concerns over the condition of the Dens Park pitch.
Dundee have already had four games on home turf postponed this season and the clash with Motherwell survived after two pitch inspections - despite the Steelmen raising concerns over players safety and the standard of the surface. With the league split fast-approaching it leaves all parties with a nervous wait before the showdown in the City of Discovery.
Following the first postponement of the Premiership clash, Clement has called for Scottish football to improve the standard of pitches. And he reiterated that desire with the countdown on for the Dundee ground staff to get the game on.
