NBI says an “insider” was able to access the database of PhilHealth to cover up lost claims of Accenture employees.

"They used the minimum qualification standards equivalent to the salary grade that they are entitled to," she added. The messenger allegedly paid the claims at PhilHealth’s Makati service office.
