After years of legal battles, Philadelphia has settled two lawsuits filed by the parents of Ellen Greenberg, a teacher who died in 2011. The settlement includes an undisclosed monetary amount and an agreement for the Philadelphia Medical Examiner's Office to conduct a review of Greenberg's death. As part of the settlement, Joshua and Sandra Greenberg agreed to withdraw both of their civil lawsuits against the city, Podraza said.
