After years of legal battles, Philadelphia has settled two lawsuits filed by the parents of Ellen Greenberg, a teacher who died in 2011. The settlement includes an undisclosed monetary amount and an agreement for the Philadelphia Medical Examiner's Office to conduct a review of Greenberg's death. This comes after the pathologist who initially ruled her death a suicide said the ruling should be changed based on new information.
