A recorded jail phone call from one of the men helped investigators make the connection to the woman, authorities say.
According to Deputy Commissioner Frank Vanore Jr., 21-year-old Xianni Stallings helped Ameen Hurst, 18, Nasir Grant, 24, escape the Philadelphia Industrial Correctional Center. A manhunt is underway for two inmates who officials say left their cell and escaped a Philadelphia prison through a hole in a perimeter fence.
Authorities say a recorded jail phone call from one of the men before the escape helped investigators make the connection to Stallings. Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner says the woman is facing multiple charges in connection to the escape. This is a developing story. Check back for updates.
