A veteran Philadelphia police officer died after being found unresponsive inside her patrol car Friday night.
Commissioner Danielle Outlaw said the officer was married to another Philadelphia police officer, and she was a member of the force for "quite some time."Commissioner Danielle Outlaw told reporters the female officer was found unresponsive by shoppers inside her patrol car in the TJ Maxx and Home Goods parking lot off Columbus Boulevard.
