This generous gift will be used to support advanced clinical care, research, and education at the institution. In recognition of their extraordinary philanthropy, the Pavilion at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania will now be known as the Clifton Center for Medical Breakthroughs . The 47 operating rooms and 504 private patient rooms within the $1.
6 billion facility will continue to provide care for hundreds of thousands of patients annually. Since its opening, the center has played a crucial role in medical advancements, including over 1,720 lifesaving organ transplants and 110 daily surgical procedures.
