Peter Luger’s famously butter-heavy steaks remain the star of the show, with options of Steak for One, Two, Three, or Four, accompanied by classic appetizers , salads , and sides . A lunchtime-only burger, with just cheese and raw onion, can be beefed up with the restaurant’s extra-thick-cut bacon. And only in Vegas will you find a chilled shellfish tower, complete with shrimp, oysters,rooms—can seat more than 300 diners.
