Noor Athirah berusia 24 tahun yang baru melahirkan anak kedua secara pramatang disahkan meninggal dunia ketika menerima rawatan pada 12.50 tengah malam.
Lebih terharu apabila Allahyarham Noor Athirah sempat meminta suaminya, Muhammad Hairi Ramli, 27, membawa dua anak mereka iaitu Muhammad Hairil Hafsya, 2, dan Muhammad Haidil Haziq yang kini sudah berusia hampir dua bulan ke hospital kerana mahu menatap wajah mereka. "Bagi memenuhi permintaan arwah, saya berbincang dan meminta kebenaran daripada doktor serta jururawat dan semalam saya membawa Muhammad Hairil Hafsya dan Muhammad Haidil Haziq ke hospital, namun pada ketika itu arwah sudah tidak mengenali sesiapa yang mendekatinya.
