Dunleavy says the PFD early release will help Alaska residents during a time of high inflation costs.
FAIRBANKS, Alaska - Alaska Governor Mike Dunleavy has announced the Permanent Fund Dividend will be released on September 20 of this year to all eligible Alaskans.
According to Dunleavy, the amount of the Dividend is expected to exceed $3,200 dollars per person. Dunleavy says an early release of the PFD will help Alaska residents during a time of high inflation costs. “We’re doing this early this year so that people can take advantage of getting the PFD early, take care of any expenses that they’ve incurred as a result of the high inflationary period we’ve been dealing with,” Dunleavy said.
