Perbicaraan kes rasuah terowong dasar laut membabitkan Lim Guan Eng di Mahkamah Sesyen di sini hari ini ditangguhkan ke 19 Sept kerana peguam utama yang mewakili bekas Ketua Menteri Pulau Pinang itu tidak sihat.
“Saya baru dimaklumkan 2 pagi tadi bahawa Haijan demam panas. Oleh itu saya mohon penangguhan perbicaraan pada hari ini kerana prosiding mencabar kredibiliti memerlukan beliau untuk meneruskan soalan terhadap saksi,“ kata peguam itu.Mahkamah kemudian menangguhkan prosiding kepada 19 dan 20 Sept ini.
