Perancis mula bawa keluar rakyat, diplomat dari Sudan

Warga Eropah dan rakyat dari `negara rakan sekutu' akan turut dibantu dalam operasi evakuasi itu.

Menurut Kementerian Luar Perancis dalam kenyataan, pihaknya sudah memulakan `operasi evakuasi rakyat’ dengan segera.

Jelas kementerian, warga Eropah dan rakyat dari `negara rakan sekutu’ akan turut dibantu dalam operasi berkenaan.Sementara itu, seorang sumber diplomatik mendakwa angkatan tentera Sudan dan pasukan separa tentera Rapid Support Forces sudah `memberi jaminan keselamatan’ bagi membolehkan operasi itu dilaksanakan.

Langkah itu merupakan syarat utama bagi perjanjian yang bertujuan memulihkan peralihan demokrasi Sudan selepas tentera menggulingkan bekas Presiden Omar al-Bashir pada April 2019 berikutan bantahan rakyat secara besar-besaran. – AFP
