Our thoughts go out to all friends, family and loved ones.Dennis Norris Dennis Norris passed away unexpectedly on July 22 aged 87.Dennis was born in Lambeth and evacuated with his mum during the war, to Rawtenstall where he spent his childhood and went to school.
He loved his home and spent time pottering about in his sheds and garden or fixing his cars and had many happy holidays abroad.His funeral will take place at the chapel in Haslingden cemetery, Grane Rd on Tuesday, August 13 at 11am.Enquiries to Johnson Durning Woods Funeral Service, 01706 214498 Ronald was a lecturer in Further Education, most recently at Blackburn College. He was a keen listener to music and supporter of music education.
