Tertuduh didakwa mengikut Seksyen 165 Kanun Keseksaan, jika sabit kesalahan tertuduh boleh dihukum penjara maksimum dua tahun atau dengan denda, atau kedua-duanya.
KUANTAN: Seorang penolong jurutera Majlis Bandaraya Kuantan didakwa di Mahkamah Sesyen Kuantan di sini hari ini atas dua tuduhan menerima suapan RM2,000 pada Mac tahun lalu.
Bagi pertuduhan pertama, tertuduh didakwa menerima suapan berjumlah RM1,000 daripada wanita berusia 33 tahun ketika sedang menjawat jawatan penolong jurutera di MBK. Kes dikendalikan Timbalan Pendakwaan Raya Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia , Raf’ah Izzati Abdul Mutalif, tertuduh tidak diwakili peguam.
