While the storm is NOT expected to severely hit the tri-state area at all, Pa. residents are still highly acknowledged to watch the forecasts and remain alert in the next few days. National Urban Search and Rescue Response System is a resource with 28 teams — including the Pennsylvania Task Force — that responds swiftly to emergencies across the U.S.
