Not only did Philadelphia rank third overall as one of the worst cities in America to buy a car in, but Pennsylvania on the whole ranked 43rd out of the 50, placing it in the bottom 10 states as far as getting a car goes. “Based on our study, Santa Clara, CA; Nashua, NH; and Philadelphia, PA, were the worst destinations for car buyers,” the study reads. “These cities may present challenges in terms of available options or customers, so proceed with caution at car dealerships if you find yourself in these areas.”The absolute top state to buy a car in was found to be Mississippi.
