A city in Pennsylvania has been listed by a study as one of the top 10 best for ice cream lovers.
, which graded the United States’s 200 largest cities across four key categories: “Access;” “Consumer Satisfaction;” “Popularity;” and “Contest Awards.”
Philadelphia graced the fifth overall spot, actually snatching up the third overall spot in just the “Contest Awards” categories. The City of Brotherly Love additionally nabbed the number 10 slot in “Consumer Satisfaction.”
