PennDOT, Pa. Turnpike warn of dangerous weather Thursday, advise drivers to stay home when they can
“PennDOT urges motorists to avoid travel if possible,” the press release read. “If travel is necessary, use caution, reduce speeds and be aware of changing weather conditions.”
In addition, the press release stated that “extra caution is required for drivers approach bridges and highway ramps, where “ice can form without warning.”I-79 from PA Turnpike to I-80I-70 from I-79 to I-76The following restrictions then go into place at 6 a.m.
