PennDOT has announced vehicle restrictions on several Pennsylvania highways beginning Sunday evening in anticipation of a potential snowstorm. The restrictions target vehicles such as motorcycles, recreational vehicles, and tractors without trailers or towing lightly loaded trailers. Motorists are urged to avoid unnecessary travel and exercise caution during the storm.
