Vehicle restrictions are planned to go into effect Thursday evening on two highways in central Pa., PennDOT announced.
Starting at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 21, Tier 1 vehicle restrictions will go in effect on Interstate 81 north of I-380 and the entire length of I-84 .
