The No. 7-ranked Nittany Lions will face UCLA at noon Saturday at Beaver Stadium. The game will air on FOX, which will host its “Big Noon Kickoff” show outside the Bryce Jordan Center. Penn State is a massive favorite against the Bruins, and with good reason. UCLA, after the departure of Chip Kelly and a lot of talent, has had a rough go in its first season in the Big Ten. The Bruins, under the direction of first-year coach DeShaun Foster, are 1-3. UCLA’s lone win was a come-from-behind effort at Hawaii with blowout losses to Indiana, LSU and Oregon.and Penn State are coming off a 21-7 win over Illinois.
