Penn State is set to host Louisiana Tech's David Blay and USC's Bear Alexander, two of the best players in the transfer portal, according to reports.

Blay is a Levittown native who played at Harry S. Truman High School outside Philadelphia before going to West Chester to play at the Division II level in 2021 and 2022. Blay transferred to Louisiana Tech, where he was a first-team All-Conference USA selection this year. Blay is ranked as the No. 9 defensive tackle in the portal, according to on3. He will also visit Illinois this weekend and is planning on visiting USC and Oklahoma.
