Penn State police have closed an investigation into an incident outside Beaver Stadium in November during which former Eagles' center Jason Kelce was recorded smashing a heckler's phone after they made homophobic comments about his brother's relationship with Taylor Swift.
"The unknown person continued to follow Kelce, who eventually grabbed the phone out of the fan's hand and spiked it onto the ground. From another angle, Kelce appears to be walking away with the fan's phone, and in a third recording, Kelce snaps back "who's the f---- now?" when the fan asks for his phone back.
