Penguins freed from quarantine after bird flu scare at Marwell Zoo 🐧 Tragedy struck the zoo’s penguin colony – but seven others remain healthy and have returned negative tests
Justine Shotton, Veterinary Services Manager at Marwell Zoo, is hopeful that the penguins will be able to return to their enclosure as soon as possible after this date.
“In order to help reduce these risks, all of their penguins are currently on antifungal medication and their condition is being regularly monitored according to the zoo.
