BANGKOK : The one-day Penang Street Food Festival 2024 held in Bangkok here on Saturday serves as a platform for Malaysian entrepreneurs in Thailand to expand their business.
"Besides promoting Malaysian food, this festival serves as a platform for the entrepreneurs to expand their business,” he told Bernama after officiating the festival at the Old Siam Plaza. The festival offers a wide range of Penang food, including char koay teow, nasi kandar, Hokkien mee, asam laksa, curry laksa, rojak and nasi dalcha.
A Thai, who wished to be known only as Pun, 54, said she really enjoyed the food, especially nasi kandar.
