KEPALA BATAS: Police have arrested three men, including an 18-year-old teenager, following a crackdown on"Mat Rempit" activities and drink driving.
ACP Noorzainy said in Ops Samseng Jalanan, the teenager was caught with his friend, a 21-year-old technical institute student, while racing each other on the Butterworth Outer Ring Road . "They were also seen performing several U-turns before returning to the toll booth at Bagan Ajam," he said in a statement Sunday .Meanwhile in Ops Mabuk, a 59-year-old mechanic was detained by police on duty during the operation after he failed a breathalyser test.
