Netizen, @ridhwan832, took to his TikTok account to showcase how the windscreen of a parked car was smashed after someone from a Penang apartment building had thrown a plastic bag full of rubbish from their apartment unit, causing it to land on the car’s windscreen.In the video, the plastic full of rubbish could be seen lying on the hood of the parked car as its windscreen lays smashed and rubbish spewed from the plastic from the impact.
“Here, someone threw rubbish from above. Who threw it? Please take action here. This happens often.
