Kerajaan Negeri Johor akan melaksanakan proses pemutihan terhadap kilang yang dipercayai beroperasi secara haram di daerah Kulai.
Beliau berkata demikian ketika diminta mengulas mengenai kewujudan kilang memproses tayar terpakai yang dipercayai masih beroperasi secara haram di Kulai. Mohd Jafni berkata kesemua 16 pihak berkuasa tempatan di negeri itu juga telah diarahkan untuk membuat pemeriksaan berkala dan mengambil tindakan terhadap premis-premis seumpama itu.
