Greene’s profile has been rising recently, as she is now back on House Committees in this session of Congress. Previously, the House voted to remove Greene from her committees in February 2021, with 11 Republicans joining Democrats in booting her from her panels when a slew of controversial social media posts emerged from before she was in Congress. “Oh, please. Don’t even say such a thing,” she said in response to the speech. “That isn’t even kidding. That’s horrible.”
