Police responded to a report of an accident and a “man in the road” on Warrensville Center Road near Bexley Road at approximately 11:55 p.m. Thursday night. A 41-year-old Cleveland man was walking northbound on Warrensville Center Road when he was struck by a vehicle traveling southbound in the curb lane, police said.
